Job Description: Hydrafacial is hiring a Regulatory Administrator (Temporary) who is an essential member of the regulatory team that will assist with maintaining the company’s global product portfolio. They will work closely with the department head to streamline processes and internal or external customers to fill regulatory documentation-specific requests. This temporary (6-month with possible extension) assignment is hybrid out of our Long Beach, California office. The expectation is to be onsite 3-days a week and work from home 2-days a week. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Coordinate international requests for documentation. Provide general support to the department by maintaining/creating files (hard and soft copies). Provides support to regulatory staff for filing and tracking documents to support product registrations. Keep track of revisions and maintain current documents as they relate to SDS, Specs, Formulas, and Raw material documents to support the PIF files. Stay up to date on current and future regulatory requirements for domestic and international. Interfaces with regulatory and R&D teams to provide support in the compilation and submission of regulatory records to support formula revisions and product launches. Work with management to research global regulatory requirements and streamline processes for efficiency. Track and upkeep various global registrations and regulatory trackers. Administers the adherence to procedural requirements in the development and uploading of files in Master control. Performs other duties as assigned. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE: 3 years of global experience in a regulated industry (FDA type); preferably in a Regulatory Affairs role; preferably in Medical Devices and Cosmetics. Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business Excellent writing skills, preferably in global technical files and submission documents. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects/countries. Proficient at managing tactical steps to push tasks forward. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Working computer knowledge in Windows environment (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Every person here is a key player in our success. (Base Salary Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000) An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
