Position Overview: Full-time position

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (5 years) to oversee our vitamin infusion services. This role involves managing inventory, nurse scheduling, payroll, and daily operations while developing strategies for system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee procurement and management of vitamins, infusion equipment, and medical supplies.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage nurse schedules, matching them with patients to ensure personalized care.
• Payroll: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• System Improvement: Analyze and enhance operational systems for efficiency.
• Campaign Management: Spearhead new initiatives and campaigns to scale and grow the company.
• Daily Operations: Manage bookings, customer support, and administrative functions.
• Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any daily operational issues, industry backlogs, customer support, etc., to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare (at least 5 years).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in operational software.
