Beaver State Insurance Agency is a locally owned, established, independent insurance agency in Salem, Oregon. We are seeking a full-time customer service representative who is licensed in P & C for our personal lines department. We are looking for an individual who is hard working, ethical, confident, driven, coachable and able to work in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients
• Assist clients with making coverage changes and payments
• Answer policy coverage questions in a timely manner
• Renewal and remarketing of policies when appropriate
• Quoting coverage
• Knowledge of the products and services offered
• Interact with clients, team members and insurance carriers effectively
• Set priorities and manage workflow
• Organized and detail oriented

Experience Preferred:

• Customer Service: 1 year preferred

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Required License or Certification:

• Active P & C License
