ASSISTANT RESIDENTIAL MANAGER

Beaverbrook STEP Inc. is seeking an Assistant Residential Program Manager with strong leadership and management skills to accept a dynamic role within its residential division. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing, in concert with the Residential Director, Coordinating and Senior Directors, the daily operation of an Individual Support residential program. Operational responsibilities include collaborating with outside entities (DDS, medical providers, families/guardians etc.), developing and maintaining behavioral/clinical interventions, and providing leadership and training at the site.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and data collection skills
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively across complex milieus
• Familiarity with PBS concepts and implementation
• Working knowledge of DDS regulations and residential programming experience
• Experience working with behaviorally involved individuals
• Minimum 2 years management experience
