* As a Customer Service

peditor, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and respond to customer expedite requests. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of products while maintaining satisfactory customer service standards. *Key Responsibilities:* * Monitor customers expedite requests through our shop ERP software, ECI JobBoss. * Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure prompt fulfillment of expedited orders. * Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their orders. * Develop a deep understanding of our processes, products, and specific customer needs. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions (email correspondence). * Identify and address any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. * Familiarity with ERP software, ECI JobBoss experience is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving abilities. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary and benefits package. * A supportive and inclusive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced industry.
