Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer
Status: Full-time Professional
Annual Salary Range: $74,796 – $134,310
- Salary commensurate with education and experience.
Essential Duties:
- Technical research and development of innovative use cases.
- Problem resolution as part of integrated engineering teams.
- Preparation of technical reports and project plans.
- Development and management of supplier technical scopes of work for proof of concept on investigative efforts.
- Extensive communications with customer and supplier personnel.
- Manufacturing Process Engineers also function as industrial base technology experts within the company, providing innovative solutions on a variety of product lines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical, or applicable technical field such as Materials, Chemistry or Physics, from an accredited college or university.
- Two (2) years of experience in manufacturing or product development, with experience in leading process improvement initiatives and projects.
- Requires a security clearance; however, all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy security clearance is required.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university, preferred.
- Greater than four (4) years of relevant manufacturing and/or product development experience preferred.
- Experience in leading multi-disciplined technical and project teams.
- A proven track record of effective written and verbal communication skills.
