Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead design and construction projects, ensuring our clients minimize risk and maximize value. The role involves overseeing project budgets, developing master schedules, and managing the Project Team from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage client budgets
- Develop and maintain master project schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the Project Team, including consultants, contractors, and third-party vendors
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, real estate development, or a related field.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of design and construction processes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Ability to to manage team of consultants, contractors, and third-party vendors
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in excel
Additional Information:
- Some travel
