Basic Function: Perform routine structural engineering assignments.
Essential Duties/Responsibili ties
• Engineering of various structures such as steel, concrete, masonry and wood-frame, under the supervision of a P.E.
• Perform CAD/BIM drafting of engineering designs
• Site visits to inspect/measure existing building conditions
Qualifications/Skills:
• Strong personal organizational and time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and work with a group and on an individual basis
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Projects, etc.)
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
• 0-2 years of experience in structural design
• AutoCAD experience
• Revit experience
Certifications/Licenses:
• EI Certification preferred
