Special Education Teacher/Case Manager- BHSDescription: Full time Special EducationTeacher/Case Manager needed at Bedford High School beginning August 2024.Job Summary: Participates in Special Education Evaluation/Placement Team and Referral Review Team meetings as assigned. Prepares, implements, and monitors appropriate Individual Education Plans for assigned students. Initiates and maintains regular contact with parents of students assigned to their classroom. Leads students toward the fulfillment of their potential for intellectual, emotional, and psychological growth and maturation.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an approved program.
