Job description

• Position is FULL-TIME including 2 Saturday mornings per month or as requested. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM & select Saturdays 6 AM - 12PM.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years office related experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred English (proficient level) & Spanish (conversational level)

Responsibilities

• Proficient use of Windows, email, Microsoft Word and basic skills in Excel
• Comfortable using computers and internet
• Experience with creating sales receipts and invoices in Quickbooks Online preferred
• Confident speaking with customers in person and on the phone
• Greet customers and assist them as needed
• Enter phone, email, and in person customer orders
• Organize and maintain files
• Heavy volume data entry
• Answer customer phone calls
• Attention to detail when creating orders
• Ability to interact professionally with the public
• Assist customers at our outdoor display
• Support office staff with clerical tasks
• Handle cash transactions
• Light cleaning duties
• Other responsibilities as assigned
• Over time hours are paid at time and a half

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
