$24.80 effective compensation to start. Security Guards are uniformed and trained to observe and detect suspicious activities, respond effectively to incidents, and work closely with law enforcement agencies to manage potential dangers. They must take initiative, deal tactfully with people from diverse backgrounds, and remain calm under pressure. The job may require working in various indoor and outdoor environments and in all weather conditions. Depending on the assignment, guards may be stationed to perform access control, patrol, and sometimes work in emergency dispatch roles. You will be expected to study, understand, accept, and implement all orders and instructions provided to you by supervisors, managers, or other persons in your chain of command, as well as authorized client representatives.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Age: 24 years of age

2. You must maintain a trim, physically fit, and professional appearance.

3. Possess a valid driver's license.

4. Agree to and pass a background investigation as part of your application process.

5. All positions require a minimum of three years of life experience applicable to the job.

6. You must qualify for security credentials issued by the federal, state, or local government authority where you will be assigned.

7. You must agree to and sign formal, legally binding non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment.

8. You must complete our company's online training program and NM state guard training. All training is free.
