We are helping our client hire an Executive Sourcer. As an Executive Sourcer, you’ll focus on market research, outbound recruiting, and industry outreach, driving sourcing strategies and recommending improvements. Your efforts will shape our talent pipeline, enhance team efficiency, represent our brand, and influence our company culture.

Responsibilities:

• Source Sr. Director and above positions across technical and non-technical areas, globally.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and participate in intake meetings to understand role requirements.
• Expertly sell the company story, challenges, and culture to candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of search information using internal and external tools.
• Prepare status and client-ready reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics.
• Persist through challenges with a motivated and ethical approach.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing plans using databases, Boolean searches, networking, market research, and other tools.
• Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Support other recruiting team responsibilities as needed.
• Promote our brand online and offline through various interactions and events.

Requirements:

• Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and social media.
• Knowledge of ATS or CRM (iCIMS preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter.
• 10 years of executive sourcing experience in corporate and/or agency settings.
• 5 years in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Creative sourcing techniques and experience in hiring for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong work ethic, urgency, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
• Preferably global experience in executive-level roles, including in India.
