Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving the program retention and recruitment strategy for foster homes cultivating an active network of diverse stakeholders for With All Families programming, inclusive of community partners, program funders, and participants.

  • Partners with leadership to develop and execute an effective retention and recruitment strategy for foster homes.
  • Establish & develops relationships with key community organizations that may become an active referral source for foster parents and related program areas.
  • Develops and maintains stakeholder relationships to drive recruitment of foster parents and support of kinship families.
  • Coordinates and participates in speaking engagements, promotional tables, community presentations, networking events, family fun events, live & recorded media opportunities, etc.
  • Manages retention & recruitment budget, partnering with program leadership based on trends and business needs.
  • Develop and manage foster parent referral program.
  • Partners with marketing to develop strategic advertising strategies through various channels, including social media, print, direct marketing, online advertising/search analytics, and other related methods.
  • Provides insight and guidance to marketing team on identifying key demographics to target, recruit and retain.
  • Oversees all tracking of areas applicable to role. Creates and submits reports on a regular basis, as well as reporting out to team and leadership.
  • Regular review of data and processes to then utilize information gleaned to improve planning.
  • Explores and secures family engagement fund raising opportunities as needed.
  • Manage learning of skills and requirements to applicable staff regarding retention & recruitment activities.
  • When applicable to role, supervise the day-to-day performance of direct report(s) including setting job expectations, coaching, and providing feedback.
  • Promotes agency culture that embodies the values of Integrity, Inclusion, Collaboration, Growth and Quality and practice of Natural Strength Parenting, and Trauma Informed Care.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Business Administration, or related field Bachelors preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or leadership based role, preferably within a non-profit setting. Some experience in Foster Care and/or community partnerships preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Project management skills and experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Requires some work outside of traditional business hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license.
