Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee the operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nurse management, resident rights.

Duties:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the organization
- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to patient care
- Oversee documentation review and maintain accurate records
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide high-quality care
- Manage budgets and financial operations effectively

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support medical decision-making
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in hospice care
- Ability to collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Pay: $67,622.80 - $81,438.22 per year
