Beechwood Continuing Care is Hiring a Maintenance Aide- Full Time Near Buffalo, NY
Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Aide. This position will include routine maintenance duties around the building as well as in the resident apartments. A successful candidate will have plumbing, electrical, and painting skills, be highly ethical and responsible, have good customer service skills., and work well with the elderly.
Job Duties:
- Completes maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Assists with plumbing, hot water, and electrical reapirs
- Position also includes being on call- must have a vehicle
- All other responsibilities as assigned or requested.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
