We are seeking a friendly and professional Senior Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This position would train and onboard new Front Desk staff, assist in overseeing Hilton University learning, and fill in shifts as needed. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in training and onboarding of new Front Desk staff
• Coordinate assigned Hilton trainings for new hires
• Fill in as needed for front desk shifts at our WI properties
• Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome 
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately 
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner 
• Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay 
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options 
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records 
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction 
• Perform night audit duties as needed
• Travel is required

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a front desk position with OnQ knowledge is required 
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills 
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software 
• Multilingual skills are a plus 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy 
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
