Role Overview :
We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Communications who is a proactive, highly motivated individual who will spearhead our efforts to elevate Beehive Industries’ brand portfolio, cultivate strong relationships with DOD stakeholders, enhance shareholder and employee engagement, and ultimately propel company growth. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of marketing, communications, government relations, and industry engagement, particularly within the aerospace and defense sector.
Responsible for the following areas within Beehive :
- Develop deep market understanding of drones, unmanned vehicles, and munitions used for defense applications.
- Derive market insights for business and product strategy based on competitive environment, evolving customer needs, and changes in government and regulatory environment.
- Leadership responsibility for company marketing, communications, public and investor relations, and branding strategy.
- Working with leadership stakeholders to create internal and external communications aligned with company strategy.
- Support Beehive brand consistency and development.
- Support investor relations and communications.
- Create social and content in line with overall product and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with external agencies to support the above objectives.
