Bees Light Candles is a manufacturer, retailer and wholesaler of Beeswax candles and related products. We specialize in 100% Natural products that you can feel good about having in your home.
Founded in 2016 we have expanded from NJ to PA and have grown a fair amount in the now 8 years that we have been in business.
We are looking for a driven, energetic, experienced E-Commerce and marketing team member. The team member will manage day-to-day tasks, ranging from short-term listing projects to long-term website and store design. (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify, Faire, Retail etc.). This is a Full-time position at our Belleville or Reedsville locations, however we are willing to accept part timers as well.
Summary:
We are seeking an E-Commerce Associate to join our small team and support our online sales efforts online. The ideal candidate will have experience in eCommerce operations, online retail, as well as customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to gain an edge over competition.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and promotions.
- Design social media art and postings and come up with promotional ideas for our platforms.
- Collaborate with our team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and feedback via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Willing to do photography of products for online social media postings, promotions and listings.
- Create email marketing campaigns which can be used effectively.
- Willingness to do cold calls if need be to get our products into more locations.
- Analyze sales and traffic data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements related to eCommerce.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in eCommerce operations or online retail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Be digitally savvy and familiar with computers
- Some experience on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Faire, Etsy, Shopify etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but NOT required.
Job Type: Full Time ideally with a possibility of part time.
Pay: From $18.50-$20.00
