**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals, with autism, to implement behavior plans and provide support in various settings.

**Duties:**

- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals

- Collect data on client behavior and progress

- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans

- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors

- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care

**Qualifications:**

- Experience or education in special education, behavioral therapy, or related fields

- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care practices

- Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis

- Understanding of working with individuals on the autism spectrum

- Certification in ABA is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
