Synergy Wellness Centers is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in the HOLLYWOOD, FL
Behavior technicians are responsible for providing high quality supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. Candidates will also provide and implement behavior intervention programs, monitor their behavior as well as progress, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients, parents and therapists.
A compassionate nature, empathy, and discretion in your work are a must. You should have excellent communication and time management skills, and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, trainees, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Supervise ABA cases located in Hollywood, FL
• Provide parent training and support to caregivers
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.
• Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attend training to acquire further knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current certification is REQUIRED (BCBA).
• One year minimum experience as an BCBA is required
• Able to work Monday through Friday
• Able to commute to Hollywood, FL
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic Computer skills.
