Behavioral Connections of Colorado is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and unleash their ABA superpowers !
Job Summary:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) reports directly to the Clinical Director and is responsible for conducting various assessments and developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans. The BCBA will also provide supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing ABA Therapy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments/Analyses, client questionnaires, and client interviews as assigned
Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans and curricular objectives/assessments for clients in a timely and efficient manner
Complete and review detailed service logs documenting how services were delivered
Train, model, and provide feedback to caregivers, teachers, BTs, RBTs, and other stakeholders on the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans, curricular programs, and other relevant practices/protocols using competency-based training documentation.
Analyze and interpret data on the occurrence of target behaviors and replacement behaviors and share with relevant stakeholders
Continue to assess clients’ needs for therapy and provide ongoing treatment recommendations
Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs and provide constructive feedback that improves the support and treatment of clients and employees
Accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly
Collaborate on the continued strategic development, implementation, and assessment of client plans and employee support provided by the organization
Adapt to changing client, environmental, and organizational needs as well as special circumstances using sound decision-making and professional decorum
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Holds a minimum of a master’s degree
Clean background check
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Maintain an active certification by completing CEs as specified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Available to work at least 10 hours per week (part time- hourly); Available 40 hours per week for full-time salary BCBA’s
Competence in supervising and developing ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, parents, RBTs, peers, and community members
Adheres to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws
Adhere to practices and protocols that support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Benefits:
$63-$75 per hour (Part time)
$81,900 - $97,500 salary (Full time)
