Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will design, implement, and evaluate behavior analysis interventions and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and other behavioral challenges. The BCBA will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and improve the overall quality of life. The BCBA will also manage paraeducators and conduct orientations and training.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or other behavioral challenges
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques, including functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire and guide a team toward goals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete records
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in behavior analysis
