I am looking for a responsible Household Assistant to provide personalized home and business support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life, personal life, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Organizing manager's home office and various spaces in home
• Creating and managing weekly meal plan, including occasional food shopping, cooking and meal prep
• Occasional clerical support with business tasks
• Occasional business or personal errands
• Assisting with other needs in the household for teens, pets, and roommates
• Creating and organizing project lists and shopping lists

Skills

• Proven work experience as a personal assistant is a plus
• Open mind, able to think outside the box
• Computer skills, especially Google apps, and ability to learn computer apps easily
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including ability to interact positively in challenging situations
• Discretion and confidentiality
• High School degree
• Able to cook and follow recipes
• Comfortable and good with pets (a dog and a cat) and people ages teen to senior
• Household skills such as basic repairs and sewing are a plus
• Self motivated and reliable
• Gardening or landscaping skills are a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
