Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Benefits to join our team. This role will be pivotal in enhancing and managing our comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring they align with BHG’s mission and core values of hope, respect, and caring. Initially, the primary focus will be on benefits, with responsibilities for compensation being incorporated over time. This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer.
