BHSVA is urgently seeking passionate and dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Maintain a full caseload of multiple clients, providing support and services tailored to their specific needs.
- Documentation: Keep accurate and concise records of all services, contacts, and collaborations, submitting documentation to your supervisor within 24 hours after service delivery.
- Assessment Assistance: Help gather information for assessments and complete progress notes.
- Risk Reduction: Work to reduce the risk of out-of-home placement or assist in the return from such placements.
- Supervision: Attend weekly supervision sessions with your Clinical Supervisor.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate awareness, appreciation, and respect for diverse cultures and individual differences of clients and fellow employees.
- Skill Development: Utilize approved skills curriculum to help youth, adults, and families improve behavior.
- Crisis Support: Provide or secure crisis/emergency services for youth, adults, and families by phone or in-person contact.
- Other Duties: Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
