FACT Recovery Coordinator Duties: In this role, Provides case management services to clients with severe and persistent mental health and substance abuse issues. You will complete required documentation and monitors client progression. This position shares on-call responsibility 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Our Location: Our Administrative Offices are located at 65 Messimer Drive in Newark, Ohio, a short 30-minute scenic commute from Columbus, Zanesville, Lancaster, and Mount Vernon. Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers. Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field with one to three years of case management experience for individuals with mental health or substance abuse issues. Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) required; State of Ohio Driver's License BLS/CPR certification required. Basic computer, phone and typing skills are necessary for all positions.
