Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing within the addiction treatment industry. This role requires someone who is willing to test the limits, take initiative, and work with little to no direction. You will be expected to build and lead your own department, running with established ideas and contributing your innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to addiction treatment facilities.
• Design, build, and maintain websites to ensure a strong online presence.
• Utilize AI tools to automate healthcare compliance tasks.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms to drive targeted traffic.
• Generate and nurture leads through effective digital marketing techniques.
• Perform web scraping and data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and healthcare compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the addiction treatment industry.
• Strong knowledge of website development and management.
• Experience with AI tools and healthcare compliance automation.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
