The Associate Director, Research Operations and Technology Transfer, will provide strategic leadership for the UChicago Center of Human Potential and Public Policy (CHPPP) and its research, housed at the Behavioral Insights and Parenting Lab (BIP Lab). Reporting directly to the Executive Director (ED) of the BIP Lab, the position has overall responsibility for managing research and program implementation, providing leadership on institutional partnerships in the education and family services sectors, implementation science, scaling technology-based programs, and data collection at the BIP Lab. This position also works alongside the ED to oversee the planning and implementation of projects.
