Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized ABA services to patients, fostering growth and progress.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Foster clear and constructive communication with patients, families, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Uphold strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or higher in a human service-related field preferred.
• Completion of a comprehensive 40-hour RBT training course.
• Preferential consideration for candidates with previous experience working with children on the autism spectrum (ASD).
