Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Behavioral Solutions Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work as a consultant in beautiful Jacksonville, FL. Behavioral Solutions Consulting, Inc. has several BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs providing behavior analytic services to the Northeast region of Florida including home, school, and community work in Duval, St. John’s, Clay, and Nassau counties. Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments & Functional Analyses as needed
  • Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans that meet agency standard
  • Develop formal Treatment Plans that meet agency standard
  • Direct implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans for clients
  • Direct supervision, training, monitoring and oversight of treatment plans and behavior program implementation by parents, behavior technicians, and school staff
  • Provide training and technical assistance to parents, behavior technicians, and school staff on behavioral techniques, instructional methods, and teaching strategies to best meet individual client’s needs
  • Complete data analyses, graphing, program reports and program updates/ modifications
  • Collaboration with parents, administrative staff, service providers, and other outside consultants/professionals as needed to ensure adequate treatment outcomes
  • Lead and conduct behavior analytic research projects with authorized BSC clientele and disseminate findings at professional conferences
Candidate Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of experience in conducting behavioral and language assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFFLS)
  • 2 or more years of experience in developing individualized programs for individual with autism and/or related disabilities
  • BCBA must be approved by the Behavior Analyst Cert Board to provide supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs
  • Experience with parent training and collaboration with other professionals 
  • Must pass a Level 2 Background Check
Compensation:Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Additional opportunities for compensation may be available.
