Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team, working in-home in the Anne Arundel County (Crofton/Odenton) area.

As an RBT, you will work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum, ranging from 2 - 8 years of age, implementing the behavioral interventions as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities:

· Provides one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles

· Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

· Collects and records data on individual skill progress and behavior reduction

· Applies feedback and training on ABA job performance by direct supervisor

· Collaborates with the treatment team to develop and modify individualized treatment plans

· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines

· Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times

Qualifications:

· High School Degree required, Bachelors Degree (in a related field) preferred

· RBT Certification - required

· Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism

· Experience working with children

· Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques

· Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking tools

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and team members

· Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
