**Overview**: Responsible for the management and execution of final mile delivery for the pro direct delivery business. Daily management

• Delivery execution
• Carrier performance
• Call center hotline
• Safety performance

Customer service tracking

• Dynamic reporting
• Analytics – Identify gaps, drive action
• Delivery performance – requested window vs. commitment and actual
• Generate ad-hoc analysis to identify and report trends and anomalies. As requested assemble the ad-hoc analysis in a clear and concise report format for review by various managers and departments

Business Development

• Identify trends and new business needs
• Establish front end requirements on all new markets
• Identify market CPG impact
• Promo event Planning
• New item or product change rollout

Business Oversight

• Onboarding of new drivers
• Owner of driver safety & DOT regulations 
• RCCM tracker
• Evaluate monthly finance reports, CPG impact and transportation break down by market
• Develop presentations for senior management and lead projects as assigned
• Develop training programs to ensure all direct delivery personnel are trained in job duties, safety practices, and standard operating procedures
• Track key performance metrics
• Resolve escalated customer problems.
• Develop and implement programs to maintain and strengthen a positive, customer-centered, results-oriented culture within the direct delivery system.
• Carrier sourcing and management

• Educational attainment equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Broad experience in transportation operations and distribution.
• Experience in employee supervision and development.
• Experience with a multi-functional business background with a strong emphasis in distribution, accounting, management and customer satisfaction.
• Transportation background, knowledge of DOT regulations
• Experience in final mile, white glove delivery services 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES RECOMMENDED FOR POSITION:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS office programs and tools
• Ability to construct and implement a project plan.
• Ability to construct and manage budgets and consolidate complex data into understandable information
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of customers or employees
