Bel Air Senior Living Community is Hiring an Assistant Cook Near Alliance, OH
Join the dietary department as an assistant cook. Full and Part time available. Assistant cooks needed for 12pm-8:30pm shift.
- To work as a team member in the daily production requirements for resident food service, To assist in food preparation, service, storage and cleaning duties as assigned.
- Prepare and serve food/meals in accordance with planned menus, diets and portion control procedures and facility policies in a sage and sanitary manner as directed.
- Suggest menu and recipe changes to utilize leftovers and over supply.
- Ensure that food is nutritional, appetizing and prepared as planned and served in a timely manner.
- Ensure that equipment and work areas are cleaned, safe and orderly, and strict adherence to procedures when handling hazardous materials.
- Ensure that food and supplies are available for the next meals, assist in inventorying and storing incoming food and supplies and report any hazardous conditions, equipment, accident and incidents.
- Understand and comply with all rules regarding Resident Rights.
- Complete staff in-services as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Benefits available for full time after 30 days
