LPN FOR COSMETIC SURGERY PRACTICE:

Licensed practical nurse participates in providing care for patients undergoing a wide scope of facial and body plastic surgery procedures performed by multiple surgeons.

Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities include:

-- admitting patients

-- assisting in operating room

-- assisting in recovery room

-- discharging patients

-- teaching post-operative care to patients and caregivers

-- sterilizing instruments when needed

-- stocking operating room supplies

-- documentation of medical care

-- scheduling patient surgery

LPN Position is part-time or full-time. Flexible work schedule. On-the-job training for licensed practical nurse (LPN) provided. Licensed practical nurse (LPN) must be motivated to gain surgical experience. 1:1 Patient to licensed practical nurse (LPN) ratio.
