Civil Sitework Project Manager- Denver Colorado Area

Belair is a national family-owned civil sitework business specializing in Earthwork, Wet Utilities, Demolition and environmental Remediation with over 60 years of experience. With more than 20 years of successful growth in the Denver area our Company has a lot to offer the right individual. Safety along with quality and ethics is paramount to our success. Our project managers split their time between the office and field and have experience in both. We are a company that is process driven and strives to put out the best product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualities:
Education and/or Experience
Experience in Earthwork or Utilities work, BS Degree in Construction Management / Engineering discipline a plus Minimum of 5 years of Project Management/Estimating experience in commercial/earthwork or utilities work. Must have good computer and communication skills.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively within the organization.
Other Skills and Abilities
Must be able to read and understand construction plans, geotechnical reports and specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 /year
