Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who is enthusiastic, a self-starter, creative, and results-driven, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and a passion for the home decor industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic thinker who can manage all aspects of our marketing initiatives,

including email marketing, SMS marketing, Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, direct mail, and our Shopify platform.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.

- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage customers and increase conversions.

- Oversee SMS marketing efforts, ensuring timely and relevant messaging.

- Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.

- Coordinate direct mail campaigns to reach targeted audiences.

- Maintain and enhance our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Utilize tools like Slack, Clickup, Later, and Canva to streamline marketing efforts and team collaboration.

- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

- Analyze marketing performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications :

- 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.

- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Experience in the home decor industry is a plus.

- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Shopify, Slack, Later, and Canva.

- Strong SEO skills and experience in improving organic search performance.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Detail-oriented, efficient, and a hard worker.

Benefits :

- Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
