Job Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing solutions to the assembly and disassembly of engines
- Develop and implement assembly processes in line with company standard processes
- Provide analysis to drive to root cause and/or determine improvements, and lead projects to develop and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, develops solutions, and monitors improvements
- Procure material related to manufacturing improvements through external suppliers
- Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements
- Improve Value Stream metrics by defining and implementing process improvement activities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology OR
- High School Diploma with 5 years with Engine/Test experience
- Design experience (Creo preferred)
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
