Job Summary

• This individual collaborates closely with customers and internal personnel, overseeing the resolution of technical issues within a limited scope and addressing contractual problems for new and recurring programs. They maintain strong business relationships with customers.

Preferred Experience: Office/administrative tasks, detail-oriented, aerospace knowledge preferred.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Represent the company effectively, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and discretion.
• Independently resolve problems within established guidelines.
• Manage multiple project tasks efficiently.
• Prepare and transmit contractual and technical correspondence to customers and internal departments.
• Assist program managers with technical issues within a limited scope.
• Track performance metrics, monitor customer metrics, and report results.
• Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments, handling new orders and other assignments.
• Identify risks associated with contractual terms and conditions, proposing and coordinating solutions for internal review.
• Negotiate contract changes within established guidelines.
• Support long-term contract negotiations and aid program managers in proposal preparation.
• Provide change quotations and updates on delivery and job status to customers.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer them to Program Managers for follow-up.
• Handle and communicate Accounts Receivables issues directly with customers in support of Finance.
