Duties
  • Preform PCR, DNA extraction and cloning
  • Maintain plant growth in a greenhouse/growth chamber, harvest seeds
  • Growing Arabidopsis plants
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Plant Biology or relevant and two years of Plant Breeding experience
  • Experience working with Plant breeding, plant cloning, DNA and PCR
  • Experience growing Arabidopsis
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • LIMS or other database/analysis software is a plus
