JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Working primarily with the Capital Projects team to upgrade existing and implement new equipment across the factory
* Working with vendors and site resources to discovery and apply modern technology to manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry
* Oversees and manages the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects, and liaises between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
* Provides the support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
* Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports and analysis such as critical path and variance analysis.
* Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Regularly interacts and interfaces with customers.
* Works autonomously with limited supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments.
* Sets objectives for own area of responsibility to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* Bachelor's degree
* 2-5 years of experience in operations or manufacturing project management
* Experience working on infrastructure projects is a plus
* Experience with MS Project and Cadence/Jira
* ATF Background check is required
