- Develop scalable processes for OLED emitters that are reproducible and cost effective through a thorough scientific approach
- Synthesize novel organic compounds following reactions paths provided by senior chemists.
- Help design experiments and safely execute experiments independently.
- Contribute to the interpretation of analytical results and propose process changes as necessary.
- Provide support for scale up of new products by technicians in both a kilo lab setting.
- Contribute to reports and regular updates at appropriate project intervals
- Maintain detailed laboratory records.
- Work in a safe manner.
- Read, understand and follow all pertinent SOPs
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
- 0-3 years of experience in process research and development.
- Good communication skills
