JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing large HVAC/R equipment
* Perform Ammonia Refrigeration and Drive-in coolers/freezers
* Process Glycol chillers and boilers
* Steam boilers and chemistry control
* Responsible for Water Systems and chemistry control
* Reverse Osmosis System, softeners, filters
* Responsible for Glyco heat exchange and Compressed Air Systems
* Responsible for Hydraulics Systems
* Make Air Units
* Maintain equipment logs and reports utilizing computerized maintenance systems
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School diploma/GED preferred
* Minimum of 1 year manufacturing preferred
* Minimum of 1 year experience or education in HVAC/R or related field preferred
* RETA-CARO certification is preferred
* Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
* Ability to work at heights
* Excellent time management
* Good communication skills and teamwork with all departments
* Must have basic computer skills
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
* Ability to write routine repots and correspondence
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees or the organization
* Abide by all plant rules/policies including safety, GMP regulations and perform good housekeeping practices
* Willing to perform other duties as assigned
* Must be able to work in a team-based environment
