Position: Account Manager
Reporting To: Maintenance Branch Manager
Description: The Account Manager is responsible for building, managing, and growing mutually beneficial, profitable, long-term business relationships with clients. The Account Manager is the primary contact for clients and is therefore accountable for maximizing client satisfaction by providing the highest level of communication and service. The Account Manager is also directly accountable for identifying, proposing, and closing the sale of property enhancements.
The successful Account Manager is a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who may be seeking advancement in their career. This is a full-time position that requires more hours during our regular summer season and a 40-hour work week in the off-season. Schedules will vary based upon workload requirements (i.e. snow storms or seasonal deadlines).
