Bell & Associates has partnered with a leading Bio Therapy company to find its next Human Resources Manager. This person will work in a dynamic organization for the Director of Human Resources. The position projects to be promoted in 2 years. The company has almost completed Series B funding and is well on the way of a life saving therapy. The onsite role is located in a beautiful part of Philadelphia. The HR Manager will own the entire HR function including but not limited to compliance, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and training.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or PHR a plus
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources management including benefits administration and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (Federal, State (PA), Local (Philadelphia))
- Understanding of the dynamic nature of a small, rapidly growing organization
- Background in science highly preferred
