Job Summary:

This position will provide direct support to the Wealth Management Managing Director, Community Banking Director, Commercial Banking Director and Bell Insurance Managing Director and will be based in Bell Tower. This candidate must possess strong technical and communication skills as well as the ability to balance and prioritize a large number of tasks. This position must produce high-quality, professional support that is accurate, complete and timely. Excellent customer service skills are required as this role will represent Bell Bank to a variety of clients and employees. This candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to make informed decisions on behalf of the Directors in a timely manner. Due to the nature of this position, a high level of confidentiality must be maintained.

Primary Duties:

  • Support to the Sales Directors include, but not limited to
  • Calendar/Email maintenance
  • Scheduling meetings/conference room preparation
  • Recording meeting minutes
  • Assist in the coordination of event tickets for clients
  • Order client gifts/floral arrangements
  • Catering orders
  • Approving time cards
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with projects/tasks that involve the Directors as well as the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Provide prompt solutions to issues presented to the Directors with calmness and professionalism.
  • Provide prompt and accurate performance of administrative and word processing duties as requested.
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere for internal and external guests.
  • Provide lunch/vacation coverage for the 3rd floor reception desk at Bell Tower.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of events as needed.
  • Contact Facilities, IT or applicable vendors with needs of the Directors.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.
  • Know and practice LOCBUTN, our Golden Rules, and Bell Bank Customer Service Standards.
  • Know, understand, and live the company values and bottom line.
  • Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, the Bell Bank Employee Conduct policies, the Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
  • All employees are responsible for information security, including compliance with policies and standards which protect sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Required:

  • College degree in related field or related work experience is preferred.
  • Competent in the use of personal computer systems, internet applications, MS Office Suite and AV equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to converse with a diverse audience.
  • Strong organization, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to complete and prioritize projects with minimal supervision.
  • Must be flexible with schedule.
