GenomOncology is seeking a talented Marketing Manager with B2B experience to join our team and play a crucial role in creating awareness, driving qualified lead generation, and supporting our overall marketing efforts. This role is pivotal to our mission of enhancing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and ensuring our marketing initiatives are both impactful and cohesive.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating compelling narratives that highlight our core competencies and competitive advantages, ultimately driving qualified lead generation across multiple channels. Your role will involve the development and execution of comprehensive public relations strategies, including writing and releasing press releases and social media posts to maximize our brand's visibility in the market via social media (primarily LinkedIn).
Project management, event management, and budget management will also be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and managing, lead generation, email campaigns, and BD/sales metrics dashboards in HubSpot. This involves tracking lead assignments by source and ensuring a seamless flow from HubSpot to the respective owners.
Key Responsibilities:Content development and Public Relations
Develop and execute strategies to highlight our core competencies and competitive advantages.
Write and release press releases to enhance our brand visibility.
Coordinate with media outlets to maximize coverage.
Update and maintain the company website (Squarespace).
Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
Utilize Canva for creating sell sheets and other marketing materials.
Ensure landing pages are current and optimized for Google AdWords.
Webinar Management, Lead Generation & Sales Metrics:
Plan, coordinate, and create content for webinars.
Ensure successful execution and follow-up.
Create and manage BD/Sales metrics dashboards in HubSpot.
Track and manage lead assignments by source from HubSpot and assign to owners.
Generate qualified leads through various marketing channels and track and manage lead assignments in HubSpot.
Project & Budget Management:
Track deadlines and manage marketing activities.
Maintain and update marketing budgets.
Work with 3rd party vendors, such as Yalo to support Google Adwords.
Support customer and partner engagement and co-marketing activities.
Plan and manage conferences and other marketing events.
Handle booking and managing team travel and accommodations.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Strong team player, comfortable in a small company environment.
Proficient in Google and MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Experienced with tools and resources including HubSpot, Canva, Linkedin.
Ability to interact effectively with outsourcing vendors and internal teams.
Proven experience in a marketing role with similar responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
