We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, Bell’s Autonomous Pod Transport (APT), and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth however, exceptions for alternate work arrangements may be considered. FLRAA Procurement Project Management Bell has an opening in our Fort Worth, TX headquarters for a Supply Chain Integrator to support FLRAA Procurement Project Management efforts for the development program. In this role, the Supply Chain Integrator will support the Strategic Sourcing team in preparation for stakeholder coordination, internal and external engagements, development of presentation materials, and successful completion of a variety of projects. What you’ll be doing as a Supply Chain Integrator
Update relevant metrics and provide analysis for internal and external briefings, including those at leadership levels.
Track and monitor action items and metrics for assigned areas of support, conducting trend analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Organize and coordinate internal, customer, teammate, and suppliers’ activities and events, including supplier PIEAs, TAAs, and set up in Bell’s system.
Coordinate, integrate, and populate Monthly Operating Review (MOR), quarterly Rolling Operational Plan Reviews (ROPRs), executive leadership team quarterly Strategic Reviews, and other meetings and events.
Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives to benefit FLRAA Supply Chain, including standardize requirements and formatting, including methodology for storing documentation, across multiple cross-functional teams supporting FLRAA.
Support cross-functional assessment of suppliers for Supply Chain and support group needs in alignment with the FLRAA program, strategic pursuits, and operational initiatives.
Manage relevant SharePoint site(s) and communication channels. Support FLRAA 3DX implementation with the supply base, including aiding in troubleshooting and transmitting appropriate technical packages.
Skills You Bring To this Role
Demonstrated expertise utilizing MS Excel and MS PowerPoint capabilities.
Proven success in a data management.
Proficiency working with specialized systems (SAP preferred).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills are of great importance to work effectively with customers and with representatives from other departments.
Organization, planning and prioritization to effectively support a variety of assignments.
Demonstrated ability to follow through with project plans.
What You Need To Be Successful
Bachelor's Degree with major in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or similar discipline, is required. Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience creating presentations, reports, and metrics.
Related degrees and/or relevant work experience will be considered.
