The primary responsibility of the Clubhouse Generalist is to assist and participate in the functioning of the Oasis House Clubhouse, to include overseeing the assigned unit. Other responsibilities include unit-related responsibilities, such as assuring that the work for the day is completed, support service responsibilities such as providing support, training, and encouragement to members within the Clubhouse, and documentation responsibilities required by program procedures. This is full-time salaried position.

Minimum requirements: bachelor’s degree in a social science or HS diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years experience in human services which must include one year of direct mental health experience. Applicant must have completed or will attend 12-hour psychiatric rehabilitation orientation training within one year of hire and have already completed or will attend three-week training at an International Center of Clubhouse Development (ICCD) certified training base within two years of employment, at the program coordinator’s direction. Must be at least 21 years old, possess valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and have reliable transportation. PA State Police background check. E.O.E.
