This is a part-time hybrid role for a Nursing Department Recruiter. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals who specialize in geriatrics, dementia, and hospice care. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers. This role is based in Dover, NH, but offers flexibility for remote work. Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting
• Proficiency in hiring and interviewing techniques
• Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and other team members
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
• Experience in the geriatrics, dementia, or hospice care field is highly desirable
• Knowledge of nursing certifications and licensing requirements
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred
