We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help us expand our digital footprint and enhance client engagement through creative and strategic social media content. Ideally, we want someone who understands trends, has the ability to be dynamic across platforms, can create compelling short form content, and isn’t afraid to be in front of the camera.

Who You Are:

You are a creative and experienced marketing professional passionate about digital storytelling and engaging audiences. With a knack for social media and content creation, you are eager to be a visible advocate for our brand, helping Belle Medical stand out in the competitive health and wellness market.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategically manage and grow our social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok, as well as branch into new platforms and markets.
• Regularly capture and create compelling content in-clinic to keep our community engaged and informed.
• Develop innovative short-form video content to position Belle as a leader in digital media within the healthcare sector.
• Be ready to shine as one of Belle's faces on social media.
• Collaborate closely with our videographer on content creation, focusing on generating impactful short-form videos to complement long-form content.
• Design and post daily social media updates including stories, posts, reels, and more, to build brand presence and interact with our audience.
• Support clinic communications by drafting weekly 'Marketing Monday' emails, updating on ongoing marketing efforts, upcoming campaigns, and clinic events.
• Assist in collecting patient reviews and before-and-after photos to enhance our marketing and trustworthiness.
• Bonus: Provide support in graphic design, creating engaging ads, print designs, and more.

What You Need:

• At least 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and content management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce creative content.
• Experience with design and video tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, and social media platforms. (Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be in the clinic (in our Utah or Oklahoma clinics) a few days a week.
